As a courtesy to our patients we file and collect all claims on the patients behalf.

Mesa Smiles Club
If you do not receive insurance thorugh an employer or other means, we offer a great discount service plan at a low monthly price. The Mesa Smiles Club. This is an in office membership that provides benefits of 2 cleanings per year, all of your needed xrays and exam, as well as an emergency exam. The Mesa Smiles Club also provides a 20% discount on all necessary dental treatment.
