A Message From Our Dentist
Since purchasing Mesa Family Smiles from Dr. Bryce Justesen in 2024, it has been my privilege to continue the tradition of exceptional patient care that he established over more than 40 years. While dentistry continues to evolve with new technology and techniques, our philosophy remains the same: treat every patient with honesty, compassion, and the personalized care they deserve. I am grateful for the trust our patients place in me and am committed to carrying that legacy forward for many years to come.

Meet The Dentist
Originally from Oregon, Dr. Smith developed a love for the outdoors and a passion for helping others early on. He graduated from Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, then began his dental career in Plano, Texas before relocating to Arizona in 2020.
Dr. Smith prides himself on a conservative, gentle approach. He believes comfort and understanding are the most important aspects of care and will spend as much time as necessary to ensure every patient feels truly taken care of.
He holds advanced training in implant placement, orthodontic aligner therapy, surgical extractions, cosmetic composites and veneers — and takes continuing education courses to stay at the forefront of dentistry.
